We are conscientious about what we do and the ingredients that we use. There are those in our family who have food allergies, and we design our sauces and ingredients with that in mind. Knowing full well that there are many of you that deal with these same issues. But this cautionary approach to designing and preparing our sauces in no way compromises the full-bodied flavor of our sauces.
